I'm in Montrose, we're just not used to these temperatures :p
Went for a jolly round to St Cyrus and around today, just 20 miles. Think I've lost a couple of kgs with fluid loss .....
Taken the other night. With the temperature we've been seeing in the UK this last while, thought it easier to go out at night. Was brilliant fun.
I've ordered a torch for my helmet, as realised going through trees at speed with just a fixed one is, erm, interesting
:ROFLMAO:
Is yours a 300 or 500?
I've a 500 and purchased this for holding and charging my phone or lights.

Yesterday's weather was a tad poor, but, no point waiting for decent weather in the UK :D
Yesterday, House of Dun in The first photo.
Today, went out to Drumtochty woods.
Got round to putting on my new BOSH smart phone grip.
it doesn't charge with my current phone cover, as it has a metal disk for the car holder.
I'm not that keen on running without one, so I'll need to get a spare.
I've also utilised another phone holder elastic, to make sure the phone doesn't...
With regards to knowing what you're doing.
I've experienced a relatively small cell exploded. It's not something you'd want to experience. I was lucky and the only long lasting effect is tinnitus in my left ear.
This was due to the working procedure being incorrect at the time, for a new product...
Various injuries over the years have taken their toll on my knees and right ankle.
I could go out on a normal bike, but my joints would suffer. So no real benefit for going out in the first place.
I'm finding that going out for two plus hours is achievable, with no great suffering to my knees...
Have you tried using ibuprofen?
A good number of years ago I used to do a bit of motocross, nothing serious. More a hobby and mucking about with mates.
There were a couple that said it helped. Seemed to help anyway.
Went out for a nice ride today, obligatory photo of the viaduct just outside Montrose, Angus
Still loving the Cube, not so much the left crank falling off today!
Lucky I found the retaining nut in the rough beside the road.
