I have a Telum with the adjustable spring so not sure if it will translate for you but I’m 195 lbs running a 420 lb spring - it was way lighter than I expected but the ride is plushy mcplushersom.

Protection is awesome; the plate is formed to the frame and lined with an impact foam…it’s tight with no rattle and the composite is almost 1/4 in thick - have put a few scratches and scrapes on it with no issue and have slammed it into a log on occasion when I had a rider error trying to clear...

Ok, so it looks like I'm going to be diving into the deep end solo yet again... Went ahead and added a new set of Hope rotors today, moving up to 220 in the front but stayed with a 200 in the rear. Decided to try Hope's semi-floating rotors in the hope that they will handle the heat better...

These are for the older AXS controllers, not the Pods.

Not meant to be punny 🤮 - lol I want to know...what size rotors are you running on your Crestline? I decided to start on 200's with the Mavens but am considering the jump to 220 in the front (yes, 203 is the max in the rear). Anyone running the the Maven 220 combo?

Phenom Comp has Cr Mo rails 265g but same warranty -- never had trouble with my Phenom S Works on my oft abused SC Blur. Bummer that you ran into trouble, seems hot or miss on carbon rails.

I have both and can say I notice no difference. Unless you need the cable routing it's not worth the spend (says the guy who bought it and doesn't regret it but wouldn't do it again knowing what I know now).

I believe SRAM spec's a chainline of 55mm but 52-55mm will work - that said, extremes on the cassette are a problem when you're on a 52mm chainline but are spec'ed for a 55mm. The advice I got was go up or down a few teeth in front based on where you are spending the most time riding as you want...

Did you say that it was pushing you to upgrade to a newer release? The product manager in me is betting that they are "incenting" you to upgrade by messing with the Bluetooth radio. Since they have control over the Bluetooth stack, they could easily implement protocols that restrict connections...

What model is the Kiox? Where is the Kiox mounted? I’m not familiar with your bike's cockpit setup.

What chainline are you running? I think it’s a 52mm for mechanical SRAM…the chainring should be fine but I don’t know what the offset is for the Hope cranks but I assume you have the correct ‘line if not, I’d addressed that first as it can contribute to breaks - do you know what gear you’re in...
