I've a speedbox and W011 error appear randomly from firmware 4.7.0 Downgrade firmware is simple (I did it), there is a guide at stepsunlocker homepage......but I can help you step by step if you encounter a problem. I've also steps unlocker with full license.

Dear Stuart, in my experience it's not a motor issue......but it's the firmawe (4.7.0) that interferes with the speedbox. if you downgrade it to 4.6.0 or 4.3.2 (it's simple and free) you should solve the issue. If you want to keep the latest firmware at all costs ... yes, you can also solve with...
