I have a Heckler SL size large with the stock OneUp v2 180mm dropper. Can anyone confirm how low in the seat tube I can run a OneUp v3 210mm dropper? Picture would be great.

He should push the shop. I had a new drive unit approved from FAZUA in one day from submitting a claim. Took the approval to my Santa Cruz shop and the new drive unit arrived in a few business days. There does not seem to be any shortage of parts or drive units…but some shops make this process...

Ask your bike shop to swap a ring controller from a new bike on their sales floor to get you back riding. Also having experienced this issue, a nice feature would be the ability to turn on the FAZUA drive unit from the LED Hub on the top tube. Similar to what the Bosch and Specialized system...

Yes. I had this same issue and it was a bad Ring Controller. When I plugged in a USB-C cord to the top tube mounted Hub Controller and ran the diagnostic…the LED lights illuminated. But the bike would not turn on when pushing the Ring Controller up.

My scale shows 42.5lbs with pedals. GX AXS size large.

Only Thanks for feedback on suspension. All my bikes have been FOX. It’s hard to get a true read on the Select+ in a parking lot test ride. I saw the S build has the RaceFace wheel set which I don’t care for. GX AXS build has the Reserve 30 SL AL wheel set…which has the lifetime warranty.

Anyone with an S build or GX AXS build happy with the Lyric Select+ fork and Super Deluxe Select+ shock? Who’s replacing the suspension with a FOX fork and FOX shock?

I had a noise that sounded like a loose cable tapping on my Levo Expert carbon frame. Tried everything to resolve and it ended up being headset/bearings. Pull the fork and do a thorough clean of headset and bearings. Re-apply grease and go ride. Maybe it will fix your problem!
