Try removing the battery for an hour or maybe overnight. Then, when you put it back in, try pairing it with your phone again. I had trouble connecting to my bike, and a hard reset helped (I held the power button for 50 seconds, and that helped). Fingers crossed 🤞

all cables and wires run along the inside of the downtube just behind the battery and then further down the frame just behind the battery mount. There is no way to run a cable from the seatpost or derailleur without removing the motor
