We have both here, me-19 levo 500wh, GF 19 Liv(Yamaha 500wh) after a ride we typically end with about the same battery. One difference, I weight 195lbs, she weighs 130lbs. We also run different assists at different times. I like the Yamaha motor a lot but the brose is just a bit better. I say...
Girlfriend rides a 2019 Liv intrigue that I have ridden a few times. I really like the Yamaha motor for power and smoothness but it is definitely louder than my levo.
The cable end probably slipped off on the bottom if the post. Remove the lever so that you can feed some of the cable into the frame then pull your dropper post out and inspect. They are very simple and you can typically spot anything that could be an issue.
Bigger battery is always nice but fortunately I have not needed it yet. I have the 500 and last ride was 26 miles in the foothills above Boise, gains of 3k ft. and still had 35% battery. I weigh 200lbs and ride mostly in eco.
I'm running a x-fusion manic 31.6 with a cane Creek 34.9 spacer. It's a very clean setup, maybe something to consider. Ignore the weird cables, it's my car battery charger that's on the shelf.
I bought the base and then added my own dropper post. I couldn't justify the $1k price and I liked the color of the base model so win/win for me.
I also upgraded the pedals, the oem are pretty basic.
There has to be more settings available at dealers because the ones over here in the states don't cut off until 20mph.
I've wondered if there is a simple dealer software setting that changes speed cutoff
I have one showing up in about 2' weeks and will be looking to see if the latest builds have these "fixes" already installed.
If yours shows up sooner post what you find
