No riding today as I’m resting after a shoulder injury. I valet and detail cars and motorbikes part time.. and I may have ceramic coated my Orbea.. 😂. It will make washing easier if nothing else.

I’m considering getting an Orbea Rise H30, I had a Trek Rail 7 until last year but it was too much bike for my riding. Considering something like the Rise H30, no shops in the area though with stock so anybody got a Rise I could throw a leg over and try? I reckon I’d need a medium as I’m 5ft 6...

Fitted the speed box 3 and took it for a wee spin. Managed 34mph on a flat. Marvellous. Looking at some new faster rolling tyres now. Any recommendations?

The bike having a rest (I didn’t need one.. honest) on today ride from Glen Doll up to Loch Muick and back down the other side. Cracking day for it and the bike flattered the rider as usual, couple of big rock strikes on the downtube aswell.. but all in all a good day if a little lacking in grip...

Mine did the same after a few rides, i just tightened it up and carried on enjoying the bike. No issues since and I check it regularly.
