I have a Transition Power Train with SRAM automatic shifting, you are on the trails and it does the shifting automatically based on your speed.
I dont care for that but mi wife loves it, and for a beginner its a big plus.

Yes the Pro does
Its not automatic shifting as the system has no connection to the derailleur other than mere power supply. You can however shift while coasting without pedaling. Means the motor does spool the chainring but you still need to trigger the shifter manually.

It won't choose the gear for you.

You may find the extra torque in the motor means you don't shift anywhere near as much, downside is you eat drivetrains (my cassette is toast after 1000miles)

That is what I thought, I dont use autoshift in my Transition, but like the coast shift feature and use it a lot

I'm looking forward to the coast shift feature once the power cable finally becomes available in the US.
Power cable is currently available just not with native Amflow connector. Though I have seen in FB group where someone wired it directly with no issues

It's available in the US, it's just on back order a lot of places. I picked one up a week ago. Reach out to some of the dealers and see if they can find one for you.

Thanks. I have one on order with the dealer I purchased the bike from. Unfortunately, Wednesday will be the last time I'm able to ride for probably 2 month or more so as long as I get one before February I'm good. It will give me something to do while I'm laid up along with moving my BikeYoke dropper from my old bike to the Amflow.

Did you pick it up for an Amflow? What length if you did

I'll be putting mine on a teewing but it's the same, 780mm length. Part number.. 11.3018.028.003

You could also use the 955mm from what I read, just will have some extra length you will have to hide in the motor area

Is this the correct cable?

It's not shown correctly in the picture, but Brose has same connector as Amflow, so in theory it's correct yes.
The one shown is Bosch, that's a huge price difference just for the Higo-A connector though

I misread the thread as "Does the Amflow Pro model has automatic shitting?" and thought this could get a bit lively.

Im lost. Sorry. Will this one work with the Amflow? Will I need anything else?

The one in the picture will not work with Amflow as it's the Bosch version shown.
The one listed as "780mm (Brose/Powertrain Bikes)" will work.
You don't need anything else.

The connector is native to the avinox motor? Was under the impression you had to splice that into the Avinox, at least here in the States as it isn't available yet

The cable is available in the US, it's just hard to get everywhere. It's a Sram made cable, not a Avinox cable. I picked one up from a dealer on here a couple weeks ago (think he is sold out now) and I know my local dealer has more on the way it's just on back order everywhere.

Yes it's a SRAM made cable, but the actual female connector I don't think is native to the Avinox motor

Sram makes the complete cable with the correct Avinox motor connector on it, I literally just installed it.

The connector is HIGO Micro-A, the female part is on the Avinox motor, the male part is on the SRAM cable.
It's a bit deceptive as the female has a metal protrusion and the male end is recessed so it appears the wrong way round

Any idea when they will be available in the USA?

Interesting and good to know. Not what I would call a female connection but some people do things differently 🤣

Connectors are defined by the gender of the conductors and the Higos are no exception, so what looks like a female housing actually has a male pin inside and vice-versa.

Sanctions imposed against the US make many basic products like these nearly impossible to purchase but there are still some pre-embargo inventories remaining if your cousin knows a guy. For example, Supernova light cables feature a re-packaged Higo Micro A / Micro B male that is fully compatible but with a slightly larger housing and they can still be found in some parts of the US:

If it has a slightly bigger housing you won't fit it through the little opening in the chainstay on the derailleur side. The dedicated SRAM-Cable is just the limit.
