Hey @Amflow_Support
I've had the idea to kind of collect ideas and requests for your next update.

First thank you for the incredible release software with so much possibilities and excellent modulation of this powerhouse, also the nice first update including fine-tuning and wider range in all the modes!

Some points like trouble shooting are obvious with every update,
some other points may already be well known to you:

1) Customize / Change the support mode order
2) Start bike in last used or favorite support mode
3) Option to connect rides/tracks from same day
4) Export track recordings as .gpx file

Here comes my personal wishlist:

5) Look into details of the recording, eg. tab on the track and see speed, power etc.

6) Option to limit certain modes to personal max. assist speed!
Why? One thing is to adapt when riding with Junior, many kids ebikes support limit is 20 kph.
The other advantage is to maximize range when fading out earlier in Eco.

Feel free to add to this list, let's make the best drive system even better ;)

same idea :-)

i´ve posted this in the AMFLOW FB Group:

also added your suggestions

Record jumps metrics like Spech and Garmin do.

Start stop ride recording in bike without turning it on and off.

Fix issue where app drops strata connection.

Update firmware on older DJI cams to allow connecting to bike like the Action 5.

My Request: Please add an option to remove the beeps, they are pretty nasty beeps, both in tone and volume.

We need a way to export the rides from the Avinox app in a fit file format. I think this has already been mentioned but consider this a +1 to that.

- Support for IOT Sim cards
- Support for more heartrate sensors like Galaxy watch
- +1 for speedlimits per mode
- activity sync to komoot and trailforks

Here’s a silly one, but one that screams “attention to detail”

I have a PL Carbon - not a pro. I’d love for the app to know that from the connection and load the correct graphic here (a silver PL Carbon) - or at least be able to set it manually.

That's weird. I also have PL Carbon and my graphic shows the correct bike.

Oh really? Interesting.

Let me check firmware update. I’ve had a few other quirks that I assumed were just “how it is” but maybe there is something deeper going on.

Alright, weird - I just went to check and it updated to a silver PL Carbon!

I left a couple of important posts in the Amflow Customer Support section regarding how geotracking works. I also wrote again about the need to connect the еbike to third-party bike computers.

Hello,

Connecting third-party apps, Apple Health - Apple Fitness, to upload cycling data.

Also connection with Apple Watch to monitor cardio bpm on Avinox screen / AMFLOW bike…
This would be very useful. I was actually quite surprised when I couldn't show my Apple Watch heart rate on the Amflow screen or that it just didn't integrate with Apple Health at all. So I still have to start a cycling workout before riding. With my Orbea Wild the Bosch Flow app comes with an Apple Watch app which monitors my heart rate and integrates that into my ride data automatically. And it also publishes it to Strata. So the best of all worlds.

Geotracking on Avinox sucks.
Strava times do not match with Garmin or other external gps recorded activity

Strava segments recorded with Avinox or those recorded with an external GPS may have differences of more than 10 seconds.

I wear my hammerhead Karoo on handlebar and forgot Avinox activities

It would be wonderful if it worked properly and could be synced with other platforms besides Strava.

Alternatively, it would be ideal if third-party GPS devices (Hammerhead, Wahoo, Garmin) could read Avinox data via Bluetooth or ANT+, such as remaining battery, assistance mode, and the cyclist's power output.

same here . . i´ve reported this to the avinox developers :)

My trail is extremly bumpy/rooty, so when I need to change gear, I sometimes "double-click" the remote, and it then shifts 2 gears.
I would like to be able to set a adjustable pause between gear shifts, so the accidental double-shifts can be avoided.

  • adjusting the charging power from 100W/200W/300W/400W/500W
  • display how many watts the battery is currently being charged with
  • openstreetmap as map service provider or any better one
if possible

  • Add a new mode that adjusts power assistance in real-time in order to maintain a target heart rate.
  • Allow for export of map data to gpx or similar.
I have a Carbon PL and I too have noticed a difference between distances for rides recorded in Strava and by the Amflow. My latest ride, for example: Strava = 32.2 km, Amflow = 33.4 km. The elevation gain is also a little out: Strava 805 m, Amflow 798 m.

Also, it would be nice to have the map of the ride in Avinox show where the different assist modes were used - it seems to just show speed at the moment (red: fast, green: slow). Even changing it so the same kind of heat map/route is displayed but for power, heart rate?

I think the idea with a speed limiter is quite good. Manually setting a lower limit than permitted would be a good feature.

please add tiny driver/motor symbols in this type of chart
left is driver
right is motor

and add komoot

thx
regards
