I have a Levo Carbon Expert and it has recently developed a clicking/creaking from the headset area. Is it an easy fix to regrease headset and do I need any special tools? What type of grease should I use?

That should be a easy thing to do if it is the headset, may also be worthwhile replacing the bearing whilst you are doing it

I personally use Peatys Assembly or Speed grease myself

Thanks. With it being a carbon frame, are what you recommended, carbon safe?

Grease is grease so should be perfectly fine

If you do take it apart, put each part in a line and then reverse the fitting process.

First out = last back in

No idea whether it's just marketing but GMBN say that you shouldn't use petroleum based grease on carbon frames. Usually, the packaging says carbon safe, if compatible. I'll do some more research before buying.

Peatys grease is safe to use on carbon according to their website

Gen 2 headset bearing kit is Spesh part number S182500005. An internet search will provide a list of resellers.
