Hi mate nice bike I've just got the same what stem are you running with the fat bars as I've ordered them also didn't know I needed a stem also ?

Ive gone with the renthal apex 35 stem with 40mm length

You will only need a new stem if you have gone with the 35 bars and not 31.8

There’s an Allan bolt underneath mate, look up in between the forks and you will see it, undo that and remove the swat tool.

Bike looks fab. Was up your neck of woods yesterday as wife and I did Ravenscar to Whitby and back on Cinder Trail. Wife on cube acid ebike and me on hardtail pedal jobbie. Only basic trails but a good day out.

Tubeless setup with the Muc off valves, easiest wheels Ive ever done no hassle whatsoever

Onto my second chain as it started skipping under load (Sram pcx1) this thing has transformed the way it shifts gears massively. So much smoother and each touch picks the gears instantly. Id certainly say this is a must have compared to what comes on it.

New saddle today ? Specialized one was just to hard after 10 miles of riding so had to go.
This feels a lot better but will get a long ride in first to see how it goes.

Great looking bike matey, i keep showing the wife the upgrades,you can imagine the response that get's. I've kept the dork disc on mine and keep count of how many people tell me i should take it off.

The 800mm bars feel perfect, it is fairly noticeable over 780. The shorter stem (40mm) feels like you have better control and not hanging over the front of the bike as much. Certainly feels like a more relaxed position. I’m also a fan of the look which is a bonus ?

I noticed you got your chain guard fitted with the 36T hope ring. How did you get it back on...i got the same as you but can't figure it out.

I have this set up also. Feels alot better.

I noticed you got your chain guard fitted with the 36T hope ring. How did you get it back on...i got the same as you but can't figure it out.

I just loosened it off and put it on a slightly different angle. I had to adjust it a few times as it can catch once your riding but couple of movements and its all fine

Ergon seats are super. Was struggling to find good seats until I tried one of theirs.
