The bottom bracket on my 2017 Haibike Sduro hardtail has started to creak badly after a problem free 2000 miles over 10 months. I hope Evans and Haibike can sort the warranty repair quickly, I suspect the motor will need to be replaced. I have heard stories of people waiting over 10 weeks for new motors, which is ridiculous in my opinion.

Would love to hear what happened with your warranty repair. I recently purchased two Haibike's with the Yamaha motor from a local bike shop who extends the warranty to 5 years on the battery and 10 years on the motor. I'd be pissed if it took 10 weeks to repair!

False alarm, I cured the creaking noise and the BB is ok.
I think the noise was coming from the quick release on the front wheel.
Only noise from the motor is an occasional whirring sound, which has been there for ages.
