Easy Breezy Blue - Beginners MTB Ride

We will be riding forest tracks and part of the blue grade MTB Quercus trail. Sections of the route are on an uneven surface, with loose stone, gravel and mud. The route has a couple of short climbs and then undulates through the forest. The ride will be at a pace to suit the group, no one will be left behind. Mountain biking is great fun and a good way to get fit, so come along and give it a go!​

ahahahahahahah a one hour session of how to Mount/Dismount from a bike

Seems there's more sessions that will follow

1. Session 1 Getting on & off your bike safely - this first session will look at how we can easily mount and dismount our bikes
2. Session 2 Pedalling/braking safely & efficiently
3. Session 3 Changing gear
4. Session 4 Cornering confidently, Improving balance, stability and control of your bike
5. Session 5 Practising all the skills we have learnt and time to ride

anyway tell her to stick her postcode in one that website or the location of where she wants to ride and see what's available or keep checking on it until they do something worth while, she could even start her own Womens only guided ride on there..

Any rides by those Breeze people should be women only though, even if it doesn't specify.
