Bought the Jam2 6.8 over the web and in the box got a huge warranty manual and a disc - being trendy (!) we are an apple house so don't have a disc drive. I've searched the web for a user manual and emailed Foucs and haven't found anything and no reply - anyone have one.
Don't need it specifically, but would just like to know a little more about the nuts and bolts....so to speak.

Hi, found this FocusDerby Cycle has all the manuals you could ever want for every component on the focus bikes and with links to other manufacturers that they use. Might be able to find yours on there.

Oddly enough, the quickest response I got from Focus (other than chatting to them on the phone) was sending them a PM via Facebook. They responded within a couple of hours. Emails to [email protected] seemed to be slow but response once I had an open ticket, and using their dedicated service mail address, was always very quick.

At a rough guess, their info@ email address is swamped with spam and it takes ages to pick out genuine correspondence among the piles of ads for mail order brides and viagra.

These manuals seem to be more about the Bosch side of things, motor, display etc. What about all the components torque settings and nut / bolt sizes ?
