I'm an inventor and a newer eMTN bike owner/rider. I've recently developed a rear fender/guard to help keep stuff out of the interface between the motor and linkages on the 2019-2021 Specialized Turbo Levos. The guard bolts in place along with a silicone band and a small zip tie.

I'm not sure this is the place for this but wanted to put it out where Levo enthusiasts would see it. We sell it on our website www.centralcoastbikes.com and Ebay.

Will this create frame wear into the soft alum

We use a small silicone band and zip tie near the top of the Turbo Guard to hold the Guard away from the tire.

There is no contact with the chainstays or bridges other than the Guard touching the bottom chainstay just above the bolts and we provide a peel and stick piece to protect that area (which you'll never see with the Guard in place).

Looks just what I want and now showing on ebay.co.uk so ordered one. Still comes from USA so I'll have to be patient.

Try this link for the Turbo Guard on the U.K. Ebay site

KennyB, your Turbo Guard shipped today, the post office says you'll have it by the 16th.

Another UK order :) purchased one to try on my 2020 Levo.
Will this work with a rear mudhugger?

Chatted with Will on the phone today for a solid 10mins. Good dude!

I am trying to talk the boss at our shop to bring a bunch of these into stock for all the bikes we have in stock as well as for the half dozen personal bikes for us shop dudes.. Seems like a sweet product!

mine arrived today fitted in minutes, instructions say in front of chainstay bridge but I may try it behind so it tucks up under my mud hugga .
thanks mate very nice product will be ordering one for my wife's bike.

sorry about B/W pics phone is screwed

Don't know if it's approved by Will but a short burst of a hairdryer put a nice curve in the mud guard.

Webike, that's a great idea and totally Will Approved! In order to ship them all over the world affordably (for us and the customers) we send them flat but bending them before installing is how I do it on my bikes and the hairdryer heat would actually set the curve so it would be further away from the tire and conform to the curve of the lower chainstay bridge.
Bravo!
