I already want to go back. I'd also really like a bike with more travel, 170mm would be ideal I think.

The bike and body take an absolute battering, they are the biggest days out I've ever done.

See you in 2022 - I'd thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to ride some of the best trails in the world.

Looks awesome! I'd very much like to do somthing like that at some point. Need to have some good riding buddies to go with though.

Me and Mr Betts are in for next year 🤪😱🤯any hints or tips Rob
OK, here's what id recommend:

- Get as fit as you can. Its physically tough. Some of the runs are 20 minutes down non stop. That's really really exhausting. You then do 6-8 of these a day as well as big transitions. They are massive days out on the bike.
- Work on tight (tighter than 180) switchback skills. These absolutely killed me.
- Then work on tight switchbacks with a 500ft sheer drop the other side
- Make sure brakes are good. I'd fit the biggest rear rotor you can, 220mm if poss.
- Fit DH tyres and cushcore. This hill help with puncture resistance but also if you want to gain some additional comfort you can run lower pressures
- Take spare parts. Chains, brake pads, tyres are essential.

Routes and trails are absolutely epic. In terms of how tough, the trails are not DH level with massive gaps and drops, but demanding enduro natural chunk. Best to find some natural stuff to practice on if you want to gain some experience.

Its absolutely epic and I'll prob go again next year!

EDIT - just checked some of your riding pics, you're already riding some natural chunk, you will be fine!

EDIT - get good at reading signs quick at race pace! Me and @Paul Mac missed a few routes and stage check ins...
