TRANCE E+ 3 PRO RideControl ONE, remote button

Hi seem to be having a few problems with the remote button.
A few times after I’ve been out for a ride and turn the bike off can’t seem to turn it back on for at least 10/15 minutes
is this normal as this is second bike to be like this, the first one was replaced because of this surely can’t be to faulty bikes

humidity inside, same problem occurred after heavy rain, water entered where the cable enters.
