I've seen this mentioned here and there, but I think it deserves more attention. The batteries on both of our Commencals are a little loose. I thought it was normal & I didn't pay too much attention until my wife's bike died twice, temporarily. The tech at Commencal suggested adjusting the upper battery mount, and after doing that it doesn't have any wiggle.
It's easy:
Remove the battery.
Remove the 2 allen headed bolts in the upper mount cover and remove the cover.
Loosen the 2 allen headed bolts that hold the upper mount. Slide the upper mount down. Tighten it up and put the cover back on and see if it's snug. You might have to repeat until it . I moved mine about 2 mm.

Hi was this problem on the new Meta power 29er my bike is having a minor problem acting like the battery may be the issue. Sometimes on long climbs it acts like the motor is cutting out and I'm thinking this could be it, on short climbs its fine just on long climbs I notice the cutting out or acting like it's slowing down.

All the information on how to do it is in these manuals - should have come with the bike too
