Suggestion for an EMTB Rental shop and trail area on or around Los Angeles (CA)

Hello everyone, for business reasons I'm traveling to Los Angeles just right now where I should spend two and a half weeks, someone can recommend a shop where to rent some eMTB to vent a little 'on Sunday? Do you know by chance also some the trail area where I can practice All Mountain and Enduro mid-level or interesting bike parks where to go? Don't know about LA, but some Pedego shops (Huntington Beach about 40 miles south) have them. Also, the Path in Tustin (about 50 miles south has many. Rules on where to ride change frequently, so be careful. Nothing much is acceptable in Orange County where I reside except street legal "roads".
