Steps7000 Di2

Am thinking about buying the Merida eOne-sixty 5000 (the new Carbon frame) and customize the bike instead of buying the 10-K that I think is a bit pricy, and i dont want Carbon wheels.

So the question is, is it possible to upgrade the bike with Di2 when you have the Steps7000 motor?
