Steps E7000 Does Not Pair with Edge 810

I have a problem and I need your help.
I have a spectral ON canyon equipped with the Steps E7000.
I have a garmin edge 810.
I cannot pair the devices so that garmin has the percentage of battery spent information.
How did you solve the problem?
