spare bosch battery

does anybody know if a cube internal battery is the same as a whyte internal battery .as they come in two versions horizontal and vertical , my whyte e180 is on order and dont which version they use and my mate has sold his cube stereo and has a spare 500 ,i know you can fit a 500 by using lower bolt hole cheers
