Snapped spindle

Anyone ever had this happen?

Snapped spindle/axle.

Commencal meta power.

EP8 motor.

Check orbea...someone with rise had same problem also with e thirteen cranks...i hope u will get new motor

Ouch. Did you ever have the crank arm fall off previously? If so, it may have damaged the spindle. Might be a warranty claim with Commencal & e*Thirteen.

No but it has come loose before. Seems as if you go by the recommended torque settings it's not enough. It wasn't tightened ridiculously tight either.

On an EP8 FB page and a few have had the same issue. Warranty by the sounds of it, just hope it's not too long!
