Top shock eye is 20mm wide, lower is without bushing/hardware.
In the lower eye you can use the flipchip to mount it in the frame.

Thank you for your help!

So is the top 6x20mm or 8x20mm just trying to figure out the exact one to order.

Also I only need one set for the top? I can use the current flip chip for the bottom? Hope this makes sense.

It is 6X20, the bolt is a 6mm bolt
As far as I know there is only one flip chip. In most cases aftermarket shocks come with abushing inside the shock eye, this need to be removed for the flipchip

I just installed the DPX2 Part #973-61-017 It comes from the factory as a 210x52.5mm
I used the RockShox hardware on it as it was a perfect fit. The forward eyelit needed to be pressed out of the RockSox, but the hardware was an exact swap. For the rear, I had to remove the Fox grommet for the flip chip to have a perfect fit. In the forward eye, the fox grommet was used.
Hope this helps!

I got mine installed today. I used the 8x20 fox kit and re-used 1 part from the rockshox hardware I took off the stock shock (6mm inner part). Fit perfectly; I used the 210x55mm Fox X2, tested bottom out and in the low setting, it didn't hit the frame etc.

I still have a lot to upgrade. I was going to put on a new 160mm Factory 36, but I bought my wife a carbon epic yesterday. So it will be a month or so until I do the fork; I was actually not hating the new Revelation with the charger damper. It doesn't dive like a submarine, unlike my 2019 Fox 36 with the grip damper (not grip 2). Still decent on everything I have rode with it so far. That stock rockshox shock is garbage though, it's all of them. My 2019 Bronson has their top of the line rockshox and it still is terrible imo (even with tons of adjusting/tuning).

You won't regret putting a Fox shock on your bike.

Resurrecting and old thread as I want to install also a 2021 Fox shock, on.a 2020 turbo Levo, and don’t know which mounting hardware to use.
6x20? Front and rear?

Snowbro post mentions 8x20

Hi @muzzman1 and @snowbro , I'm installing an X2 on my '19 Levo, did you get a mounting hardware? Just to confirm, can I use Rockshok's front spacers to install the Float X2?

Also, can I turn the valves to be outside the frame so that I can still put a large water bottle in the cage?

....so I did get the Rockshox 6x20 hardware and it was exactly the same as what I had with the original. (I thought it might be different but it was not.
I used the FOX white inserts on the rockshox shaft. I have a DPX2, so I cannot answer for the X2. I cannot get a full bottle, in fact I removed my cage all together and wear a backpack

Thanks so much for your fast response. I'll post the picture of my shock installed. :)

I have a 2020 Turbo Levo Carbon and just received a 2021 dpx2 but can’t find a 20mm bushing kit? Anyone know if it exists and where to get one?

Without the fox bushing i think the 6mm sleeve would be lose. I think in have to leave the bushing in. I suppose I could not bother with the black spacers, is that what you did? s yours a 2021 shock? Is the DU bushing the longer plastic sleeve that the bolt goes through? I’m lost....

DU bushing replaces the fox bushing. Then you can use stock hardware that was on the rockshox

i did it for a 2021 x2 on a levo sl and a 2020 x2 on a levo

your rockshox has a DU bushing. So you’ll want to do the same for the fox and everything will fit
