Remote charging adapter for a Trance E battery.

My battery charger, for my 2020 TE+1P, did not come with an adapter, as shown in the manual, for charging the battery off the bike. My LGD ask their people for another and was told that piece does not exist. Really.
I sent the question to Giant. But thought I may garden some thoughts. Good excuse to ask a newbie question. Bike is great. Be well. Western PA trails are going to be beautiful this dreadful fall.

My 2020 Trance E+ was delivered with the charger and the adapter. If you buy just the charger then you have to buy the adapter separetely. Look here for exemple : Giant - Adaptateur 6 broches pour Smart Charger 2019

My 2020 also came with the dongle to charge the battery removed from the bike.

I got an email from Giant today about my Dongle inquiry.
Result:
Thank you for contacting us. There is no adapter for the battery to remotely charge. Could you clarify what you saw in the manual?

I sent these two pics of the manual.

I think the term "remotely" is confusing them as it confused me as well

Dgedge gave you the link to the product, but it should have come free of cost with the bike, so ask for it!

I will order. Just thought I would find out the scoop from Giant. You are probably right about the word remote. Geez.

Weird, my Stance came with the adapter thing along with a little clip that keeps it attached to the charger cable.

The EMTB Community provided the info before Giant.
Giant never really understood my problem (dialect).
I referenced the thread in my last correspondence
with them.

Olay, I believe below may be what you are discussing. You can get it through your nearest Giant retailer. They just need to order it through a warranty rep.
