Morning all,
I'm a bit soggy after this mornings commute and my Five Ten DLX (supposed to be weather proof?) are soaked through.

I wore supposedly waterproof over trousers as well that I'd bought for fell walking but my trousers were wet too - probably returning road spray.

Anyway, I'm planning on commuting in all weathers so if anyone has any recommendations for decent waterproof over clothes they'd be much appreciated.

Cheers!

for footwear, i would look at proper winter cycling boots rather than overshoes........i wear northwave celsius arctic during the winter, great boots that have always kept my feet dry and warm

Cheers @Jowwy,
They look good but I'm still getting over buying the bike so a bit out of my price range at the moment. I should have said - budget recommendations are preferred

Endura & altura kit is good budget gear...although I use a set of camo waterproof bottoms from an army surplus store..good time to buy winter kit as many places online have sale stuff...I paid £50 for an endura single track jacket & cant fault it for the money(was£100).its a good idea to proof your footwear with nik wax or similar...good stuff when you keep on top of proofing intervals
