Levo Gen 2 Pedals coming off after service at Specialized dealer

I wonder what are your thoughts on this scenario. My bike was for check-up service after 500km plus software update. I went to local trails after picking it up from shop - after about 2k when riding of small drop one pedal fell off and second was handing by the thread. Both internal threads where damaged in the process. I would expect something like that from Target bike....

They may have just forgot to tighten them rather than putting the arms on the wrong side.
I had my cranks swapped by a very highly rated dealer and them and the pedals were left loose.
It's difficult to trust anyone with your bike I find.

I'd see what the bike shop has to say - I would want them to replace the arms. I'd be looking at the pedal threads too.
