Bought my Orbea Rise from them in July. No issues, came on a pallet after about a week from ordering. No other charges. Just had to have brakes switched to UK setup.

They made it clear they are in Germany on .uk website and that brakes would be setup for EU.

I missed that info on my Orbea purchase, but just swapped the hoses over no big deal. I did have the chain retention device set up issue that took the paint off the rear swing arm. Again now that it’s had 18 months of use, it matches the other imperfections

So my order arrived last week, no additional charges and no additional fuss! Took a little longer getting through customs clearance. But otherwise spot on!
