Thank you very much! Very kind! Buy i Need the real item, because i Need to do the CAD model very detailed, for fit the new cells and original bms, position the big holes of interface, etc.
The top solution Will Be the 3d scanner.....??????
Maybe one of the dealers will have one the factory didn't ask for when doing a warranty replacement? Nice project. The problem I've found with most available batteries is that 20 cells (250wh or less) can be fairly large and drive the diameters up too much. My bottle version is finishing (on the DIY link) and to me it just looks much worse than my final bag version. I may do 3D printed version of the case to make it accept a bottle when not holding the bag in place. Good luck, that std battery is very thin and compact.

Hi Valerio,
Have you managed to push forward your project, maybe?
My internal battery has lost some capacity already and I have also been thinking if it would be possible to use the 21700 cells somehow...

Hello,
My Jam2 is roughly 3 years old as well, it has 4353 kilometers, I can still charge it to get all the bars lit up, but the last one goes away I would say in a couple of minutes after the start of the ride - not an uphill one. Moreover, when I get to 2 bars, after some additional riding time, the bike just shuts down. If I wouldn't have an additional tec pack with me, each ride would be quite a nervous experience ?
FYI: I think that from the very beginning I wasn't caring enough about not leaving the bike with a 100% charged battery in the garage. Most probably, this helped a lot bringing the battery to its current health status.
Have fun! ?‍♂️
