Has anyone been experiencing TCU breakages on their Levo? My TCU housing has broken at the frame screw mounting hole leaving the screw and part of the housing still in the frame. See below. I noticed rattling on an unsealed road and saw the TCU had popped up. It was still functioning o.k. but appears to be a victim of vibration. I know for a fact the screw was correctly torqued to 0.8 Nm when the TCU was previously replaced under warranty, but after 12 months it has broken.
I took it to my LBS and they said they have seen plenty of these. They are going to replace the TCU under warranty even though the bike is over 2 years old.
