I heard a rumour that Specialized will not be replacing 2019 Levo 500w batteries under warranty like for like and any issues will result in 700w batteries being provided instead. Has anyone had experience of this first-hand?

I’ve also heard exactly the same story.

It makes sense, it’s consistent with what they’ve done with MY17 bikes, don’t know about MY18.
