Just wondering if any of you have experienced water ingress in the battery tube, just removed mine and water is evident even around contacts. I ride through muddy trails and hand washed afterwards. No pressure washer used - don’t even own one.

Hi Martyn.

Has the Ezesty ever given you any trouble? I mean, stopped working, damaged the speed sensor on the rear arm, stuff like that?

I currently have a Giant Trance E+0 Pro and it's great having loads of grunt when you want it but the truth be told I ride 90% of the time in eco mode and rarely use the full battery on a ride, so I've been looking at lighter options. The Spesh SL seems to be anything but Spesh when it comes to reliability, which basically leaves the Fazua-equipped bikes. Lapierre, Nox (which isn't available in the UK) and Scapin E-Bone which isn't out yet.

I haven't spoken to anyone yet who's actually got an Ezesty so your feedback would be great.

Cheers
Wayne
