anyone out there running c.200mm travel front and back on the Kenevo?

Have a 2020 expert and thinking of upgrading suspension to Fox 40/ DHX2

Wanted to see if there are issues with "keeping" the 200mm of travel for these forks without adapting everything back to 180mm

I ride enduro only and love plush suspension, 180mm is already good but you always want more....

I ran Ohlins front and back, 200mm and 29s with no problems with any sort of rubbing. The bike will slack out to around 61/62 degrees but not a big issue on an ebike if your primary focus is gravity riding. I rode mine on all sorts of trails and loved it. My shock measured 242/70 and I used a Levo shock link bracket which is 12mm shorter than the Kenevo one. That way I ran the standard eye to eye measurement. I also ran an offset bushing to put the shock in the “low position”
Bottom bracket drop was around 9-12mm from memory.

Or....... I am running a 2021 Fox 40 @ 190 mm with a Float X2. HA is 63.5 with flip chip on high. I did find the Boxxer @ 190mm with a charger 2.1 upgrade a little more "plush" than the 40, but the Boxxer seems to ride pretty deep in the travel. The 40 is a lot stiffer and more supportive. Just my .02. Your mileage may vary.

Whilst I appreciate that this thread is probably reserved for the newer Kenevo's, Gotta be honest, that's something I should play with on my 2019 kenevo Expert (offset bushings and headsets). I'm currently running mine at 200mm travel with a Suntour RUX. Because it uses a tapered steerer, I never needed to swap out the old headset lower. I think my Kenevo has a 64° headtube angle but Its an educated guess as Suntour doesn't outline the fork offset on their website.
Nevertheless, it rides like a friggin monster truck!!!

I might also test a mullet at some point as you never know until you try. Which means reducing the fork travel to 190 and maybe new bottoms for my forks. Unless someone can confirm they’ve run a 29 on a Fox 40 27.5 fork?
