Thanks for the updates, Rob. Looking forward to what looks to be a fantastic ride with some great company.

Have just acquired the Wahoo ELEMNT bike computer to help get around in general and have just posted review in case anyone else is interested.

Confirmed with the Boss I am all in for the ride out, also will be at Cannock 7am tomorrow, Sunday 24th, for Dog and Monkey for a cheeky 2hr blast before the Bakewell Dog show with the outlaws if anyone is about.

Hi Rob,
I plan on attending....count me in.....is parking good?
Shaun
Around the green that you see by the start point isn’t too bad. Otherwise we might need to find a spot close and walk to the meet point at the green ?

It's a great feeling having an e-bike, hills like this would have worried me on a traditional bike but now I just see them as a time to rest a little ;)

Will try to make it, just to make sure there is something other than Levos! Contracted Lyme desease from a tick bite recently so feeling a bit crappy. I'll have to see how I feel

Bloody hell, that's keen!
I have a lot of free time at the weekend and I am an early riser so if my wife is working I don’t mind driving 3hrs for a good trail, I mostly ride Cannock as it’s 35mins away but also a lot of trips to Sherwood pines, Dalby which is a good 2hrs 30min and of course much of Wales is only a 1-2hr drive (not been to BPW yet)

Cannock is 65 miles for me and I'm not a big fan of the place, although it's a lot better on an eBike than a clockwork bike. I've only ridden the Dog and Monkey, have you ridden much of the off-piste stuff?

How long are you planning on being out for?
I’m supposed to be working until lunch. May be able to sneak off a little early but will not make 10am perhaps I can catch up with you when I get over?

Dalby is pretty miserable unless you are on an ebike. Hamsterley is much more fun and would be quicker for you to drive to I would have thought.
Grenoside and Wharncliff at Sheffield are really good too and even closer.

I rode there on my clockwork bike the backend of last year and wasn’t that enamoured. The ebike would put a different complexion on it though I’m sure.
