Right here is my temporary solution
1 + 1 hopefully equals strong enough for now... Here goes
I used a piece of van bumper so it should be tough enough and heat gunned to shape.
I have araldited most of it, i ran out i got the bulk of it stuck though i will fill the gaps with more asap yet to clean it up so it does look a bit rough...

I'm assuming that you have broken the motor cover and are in the process of making another?
If so, I admire your ingenuity.

Its a bit strange really no thumps or bangs but the motor cover is broken the cracks were coming from the bolt holes... so i dont know really

Sounds like it was over tightened.

Yeah that's I I thought... Only had it 3 weeks not done anything to it apart from pedals... Though I do need to check the sag setup

Morning pal hope ur well I have the same problem I’ve just noticed my bash guard is smashed in two place cant seem to find where to get one from could you let me know where ur new oneis coming from please
