Hello to all!
My name is Alexander Kolbl and I am first time here in emtb forum. I am 50 years old. Come from a small country Slovenia in EU.
Had some back insuries for a last few years, lost almost all of my power, otherwise I rode many bikes in the past(mtb and tarmac).
I bought my first e-mtb in January 2019, Specialized new Turbo Levo FSR(aluminum frame), size L, to slowly step into this hobby again. I have 183cm and weight almost 95kg. Before my back problems I had approx. 80-83kg.
At the moment I wait for a better weather to start my new season.
I apologize in advance for my english and mistakes regardin my writing.
Best regards to Rob and to all of you.
Cheers
Alexander

I've been to Slovenia in my campervan twice in the last few years, stunningly beautiful country, must be amazing for MTB riding (y)
Hi Hiro,
I agree, my country is small but we have Alps for skiing and see for swiming and all between.
I am from Maribor and I have 10min to Pohorje, where we have multiple mtb trails. Pohorje was downhill World Cup
destination for few years.
Other good places for mtb are in Krajnska gora, Bohinj,Rogla, etc.
Thank you for your reply.
Best

Hi Alexander,
Is there any places that hire bikes, provide guides and uplift services in Slovenia?

Regards,
Rick.

Fat Rat,

Thanks for the info, would have been nice to find new places to ride via some first hand experience.

Regards,
Rick.
