Im wondering if someone can help me, i just got my bike like two weeks ago and then this happened. On my way home error 38 flashed on my screen, restarting a couple of times resulted in error 34 which then shut down the motor completely. As of now my display wont turn off, and if i leave the battery on the bike it will suddenly just go off, like it starts to spin alot. This is my first ebike, also purchased brand new, it has the yamaha pw-se motor.
Can someone give me any hints as to what is going on? Or is it just refund that will help?
