I might aswell add I'm 90kgs plus kit in coeyd brennin I did 45kms and 6600ft climbing on my 500 battery in setting 2 weight does make a huge difference but even more is tyres it also depends on terrain I can squeeze 35miles in cycle track setting 2 but most the time I'd only get 25ish miles on techy climbing and proper trail riding if u just spin up a fire road it uses less than on off power for techy climbing ? People on here saying they get 50-70miles I can only assume a few things 1 there lying 2 they weigh 60kgs with fast roling tyres and are very fit 3 using a 625wh battery all the lads I ride with have 500-625 batteries all weight between 12-19stones and nobody gets more than 25miles serious riding on a 500 or maybe 30-35 on a 625 the 19stone lad scrapes 20miles ?
Then they are on level 4-5 assist most of the time.

I don't use setting 5 tbh I've turned all my settings to the middle assistance apart from 1 which is turned up if I'm doing hard techy climbs I use setting 3 occasionally 4 but mainly 3 I've put new MSc gripper tyres on that roll sooo much faster and apart from wet rock there as good as any maxxis or schwalbe ? terrain makes a huge difference aswell what you class as off-road maybe not what I call off-road or vice versa oh and I've noticed when it's muddy your range suffers alot ?

My riding weight is around 91 kg. Same bike as you. Without riding your trails, I am only guessing, but
I struggle to get around a 70km (44 miles) 'double Pass' circuit with nowhere near 6600' of climbing. Tyres on advice from LBS = 25 front, 28 rear. Mostly unsealed roads, and mostly 40% power assist ( power level 2/5) when climbing..If you are climbing steepish technical stuff, on a 500 Wh battery, I think 25 miles may be all you can expect.
Incidentally, the manuals that come with the bike claim up to 110 kilometres on a full battery. To get that, I would have to be riding on a smooth tarsealed highway, slightly downhill, with a howling gale up my backside.

I agree 44 miles is pretty good ? my 45km is just under 30miles and that 6600ft of climbing killed me it was 26 degrees and very very rocky in Wales my normal stuff locally is about 20 miles and 2600-3000ft climbing and using setting 2-3 I have maybe 30% left ? As for tyre pressures the new tyres are 4ply so I'm running 22 front and 26 rear but I could go lower maybe down to 20 front and 24 rear but I'm scared to I've ripped the bead off the tyre when I did that on a berm ?
