Hi Folks.
My Sam 2 recently died after doing nearly 3.5k of fun virtually all offroad type riding with a 16st lump on top of it.
The battery range diminished suddenly and would just cut the power when it got to one bar then the bloody motor died with the dreaded E010 & W013 fault codes = Bugger torque sensor dead! So returned bike to LBS approx a month ago and just got bike back today with new battery & motor fitted. Hopefully all will be good again as its a fab bike to ride and i think TBH given this current situation with the corvid virus one month is a good turnaround from my LBS and they couldn't do enough bless them They did offer me a demo bike to use whilst my bike was out of action which i declined and now half a stone lighter due to draggin clockwork bike back out of hibernation!!!. Thoroughly recommend the bike shop (Wicked Bikes in Colne, Lancashire) they will go out of their way to help.
Well chuffed
Dave.
