Hi!
my new ebike Phatom E + 0 Pro 2020 is showing 99% battery health after only 3 week of usage and 3cycles... can this be considered normal?
I can push to 100% again?
I only went below 10% once time yesterday, and I only recharge full before a long ride .
I keep the battery (from 40 to 70% if I don't use it to much) but I've never fully recharge in the last week ( max 90% ), and maybe is this one the error and maybe I need to recharge it at 100% all the time under under 50%?
On internet I felt conflicting opinions on charging up to 100%, but perhapsmaybe the best thing to preserve the battery in the best way

Thanks
Gio

I wouldn’t worry about it too much... my Trance 1 is ridden and charged almost daily. 1200 miles and 41 charge cycles and it varies between 96 and 99% battery health. Just ride the thing and charge it when you need to.

This has been discussed before... and it is just how it works and will happen even if you take care of your battery. I am very careful of not leaving the battery below 20% or above 80% for long periods of time and after 1 year and 2500+km I am at 95% battery health.

The warranty covers 80% for 2 years, so I expect to be at 90% next year with no chance to ask for a warranty replacement. Very frustrating and this is the main reason I usually sell ebikes before 2 years of usage :D
