Error14 on SHimano STeps

Good afternoon
I have an silverback ebike with shimano steps.I am getting the e14 error.We have checked and re-aligned the speed sensor and magnet a bit to be the same as in the manual.But the error do not want to go away.Event after more than 100 revolutions with the pedals.

Any ideas how to fix it?
I can not find any reset in the manual

Did you make sure the sensor cable is properly seated at the motor end?

I have the same problem, after 3 months of bs from bicycle shop, Shimano and Silverback it is still broken
