Hi,
Encountered today several times during the ride, after some descents when trying to pedal again (after I was standing on the pedals during the descent) - the pedals are spinning with no engagement , meaning not spinning the chain at all. After a spin or two it return to engage the chain and motor. There was no battery cut off .
Seems like it happens after rocky sections with bumps,
Any idea what is the cause.
Tx in advanced.

for that to happen it means the motor clutch/freewheel isn't engaging.
get it warrantied

are you 100% sure the chain/chainring isn't moving. ie. it's not in actual fact your hub freewheel not engaging. (Pawl/ratchet issue)?
