Hi my name is Sean. I ordered a e booz battery on 8th Dec 2019. Still not arrived. I've now set a section 75 up with my bank to try and get my money back. They have not answered my emails or answered phone calls from me since they took my money. This company are not to be trusted. I pretended to be someone else with a different email address wanting to buy 1 and they answered. Very bad Company. Do not BUY Has anyone else dealt with them. All I wanted was a discreet battery that looks like a bottle. Wished I'd not bothered. Very annoyed and out of pocket ?

Hi Sean,

I think you posted when you first ordered it :

New on here. I'm Sean from South Yorkshire. Is there anyone who has anyone bought an e booz battery for a Focus Jam2. Ordered 1 yesterday. Any positiv - EMTB Forums

Not sure if you read the links which were posted ..

But @Jam2rider68 had the same problem as you and eventually made contact via their facebook page :

He was as equally frustrated at the time as you are now .. Spoiler alert : Don't not open the link if you don't like rude words.

"Right I finally got a reply from e Booz by going on their Facebook page. Bear in mind I paid them over a month ago. "

And it did eventually show up :

a couple of years ago i was going to convert a carbon bike
i had, found a guy up in newcastle/durham area, from phone
conversarions sounded ok.
he either built as new or replaced the spent batteries in your
old battery case making it new and used as far as i can remember
"Panasonic"
if i can find his number might be of use.
always worth a call

Hi. Pal. I've a Focus Jam2. With integrated battery. Those bottle cage batteries looked gud. To double the range. Doing 50 miles. Sometimes have to knock battery off altogether sometimes. I will get 35mile in eco.

That's why I was soooo pleased, that a used e-booz battery turned up for sale on this site some weeks ago.
It was as-new and used only 2 times.
It arrived in 3 days :)
Happy with it.
