Howdy folks!
I've just installed a new dropper post on my 2018 E-OneSixty 900e and had to drop the motor.
I've reinstalled everything and the motor kicks in fine, no error codes or anything flagging up but now the shifter won't change the gears.
Every time I click the shifter I get a beep from the display unit but nothing happens.
I've had the cover off and cleaned everything then reinserted the plugs with the tool provided but still no dice.
Do I need to re-install the di2 into the system?
Could it be a damaged plug and of so, anyone know how to change it?
I've googled the heck out of it but I'm clearly not asking the right questions. Hoping you guys might be able to help.
