Levo Gen 2 Crash replacement

Took a spill on a nasty rock garden today a dented my rear triangle. It’s gouged pretty good and looks to possibly have bent the triangle inwards ever so slightly. I’m thinking it would qualify as a crash replacement but who knows. My question is has anyone ever been denied crash replacement for a part damaged from a crash. I plan on making a trip to my local bike shop tomorrow
