Brand New 504wh Battery Only Charging to 96-98%

I just bought a brand new 504wh battery for my Turbo Levo a few weeks ago.

I've only charged it a few times so far, but I noticed that when I start a new ride, it never says 100%, even after an overnight charge. I've seen 96 and 98%, but not 100%.

Should I be concerned about this? I'd like to think I'm getting my money's worth out of a battery I just paid quote a bit of money for.

Has anyone else has experienced this with a new battery?

After about 10 charges from new mine started doing this. Sometimes after being on all night, it would be at say 97%. Then unplugging it and back in, would go to a 100% after say half an hour.
