Bought my Mrs a cube ebike.....

Hi, new to the forum but here goes....Just bought my Mrs a cube acid hybrid ebike and initial thoughts were spot on, she’s been out on it 4-5 times now and it’s started cutting out randomly. The display turns off and motor cuts out, then takes 10-15 mins before it will turn back on.
Anybody experienced similar? I’m guessing this is not right.
only thing I can think is the battery was showing fully charged when it arrived so invent bothered to charge it myself, it’s still showing 3 bars.

Should have mentioned... it’s cuts out when under heavy load riding uphill.

Yep, seems like a thermal cut out but i don’t get why it would overheat?
Anyway.... it’s gone to local dealers for diagnostics.

Yes mate, ended up having to send it back to the shop. They replaced all the electronics, it’s like a different bike now!
