More of a question about finishing of charging.
This has happened twice now. When I charge the Powertube off the bike (which I always do), if I disconnect the mains plug before disconnecting the battery charger lead then the bike will not switch on. I have to reconnect the charger to the battery, power up, then remove the charger lead from the battery first, before turning the charger off.
Anyone else noticed this? Or is my battery heading for a nervous breakdown?
(Out of interest, this is exactly the opposite of the sequence needed for my Hope lights, where the charger must be connected to the light then the charger plugged in, with the reverse procedure once charged. Hope warn that it is a battery management issue, so I was aware that it could be an issue).
