Bosch Kiox Heart Rate Monitor (How to connect)

Does anyone have any experience with the Kiox Heart rate monitor function.
I have a Garmin Fenix 3 which has a broadcast Heart Rate function.
I cannot find any information anywhere on how to connect a heart fate monitor to the Kiox.
Any clues or links to some documentation would be appreciated.

In the documentation is the following.
– <Bluetooth> – Switching the Bluetooth® function on or off:
Connected devices are displayed.
Go to <Settings> → <Bluetooth> to add a new device or remove a
device that is no longer required.
Recommended heart-rate monitors:

On Further investigation, it appears that the Garmin Watch can only communicate with other Garmin devices.

Also I see that when it is broadcasting heartrate, you can only see the heartrate on the watch face. A bit limiting if you ask me.
