Battery Level drops away

Had my 2019 Levo just over a month now and when the battery drops to the last 2 bars then within a Km it then flashes red !

Battery health is showing 100%

This can't be right at all, is this happening to anyone else?

I don't have the 19' but on my Levo two bars is the danger zone. Mine beeps at three bars and that is your warning to assess where you are and if there is any uphill back to the car. Luckily most of my rides are uphill until the battery runs out and then downhill back to the car.
